remain complex in inducing prospects to switch loyalties.
Immersed in this challenge are the price vagaries of crude
oil, which will dictate price. Add to that fact this promotion
hits homes in end summer when winter is last thing on a
user's mind. Given that, we initiated plans to budget payments
and cap costs, offered gift cards as a reward and created
a contest for new customers. Additionally, we played hard
off our longevity in the industry suggesting a service
level second to noon. ROI was 6x program cost. A home run. |
